PSCAD (Power Systems CAD) is a powerfu1 and f1exib1e graphica1  user interface to the wor1d-renowned, EMTDC so1ution engine. PSCAD enab1es the user to schematica11y construct a circuit, run a simu1ation, ana1yze the resu1ts, and manage the data in a comp1ete1y integrated, graphica1 environment.     අපි බලමු කොහොමද මේ  google Loon බැලුන් ක්‍රියාකරන්නේ කියල.
    මේ ලූන් සැලසුම් කර තියෙන්නේ පරිවර්තී ගෝලය තුළ පාවෙන ලෙසටයි . පරිවර්තී ගෝලය තුළ බොහෝ සුළං ස්ථර පවතින අතර එක් එක් ස්ථරයේ හමන සුළගේ වේගයන් හා දිසාව වෙනස් වේ.මෙම ස්තර අතර මාරු වෙමින් තම බැලූනය අවශ්‍ය පරිදි පිහිටුවා ගනිමින් සන්නිවේදනය කරන ලෙසට මෙම පද්දතිය සැලසුම් කර තිබේ. මෙම පාලනය ස්වය ක්‍රියවම මෘදුකාංගයක් මගින් සිදු කරයි. මේ වැනි බැලූන් පද්දතියකගේ සහයෙන් තමා google සමගම නොමිලේම අන්තර්ජාල සම්බන්දය ලබා දෙන්න කටයුතු කරන්නේ. 
    මේ වන විට සාර්ථකව මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය නව ශ්‍රිලන්තයේ (2013 ජුනි සිට ) අත්හදා  බලමින් තිබෙනවා.


    මේ වන විට මෙම එක බලුනයකට භුමි මට්ටමේ කිලෝමීටර් 40 ක වපසරියක් ආවරණය කිරීමට හැකියාවක් තිබේ . එ අනුව රැහැන් නොමැතිව LTE තාක්ෂනය යොදා ගනිමින් නොමිලේ මෙම සේවාව සැපයීමට බැලුන් කිහිපයක සහය ලබා ගැනීමට නියමිතයි.
